Welcome to TechDexing.com. Before using our services, clients must agree to the terms and conditions by clicking “I AGREE” on our submission or payment page. By doing so, you accept the terms, conditions, and privacy policy of our website and agree to be bound by them.

TechDexing reserves the right to change its privacy policy and terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes at least thirty days before they take effect. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of these changes.

Every interaction with TechDexing is subject to the terms, conditions, and privacy policies in place at the time of use.

The terms “TechDexing” or “we” or “us” refer to the website’s owner, while “you” or “user” or “client” refers to the individual using our services.

All communication with us should be done electronically via email, chat, or pop-ups. Clients are responsible for maintaining a current and valid email address in their profile.

TechDexing provides a forum for educational support, where students and experts interact. Our experts answer questions at their discretion, and no direct communication between students and experts is permitted. TechDexing is not responsible for any personal interactions between users or for any disputes that arise.

Legal Statements

TechDexing is not liable for any disputes or damages arising between users and experts. The site serves as a platform, and any content uploaded is the responsibility of the individual user. In the event of a dispute, TechDexing disclaims all responsibility for damages, claims, or liabilities.

We are not responsible for any errors, omissions, or offensive content posted by users. Additionally, TechDexing cannot guarantee that services will be free from interruptions, errors, or malware.

Choice of Law and Forum

Any legal matters relating to TechDexing will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where TechDexing is based. If a dispute arises, the party must provide written notice to the other party, outlining the facts of the dispute and all claimed damages. Thirty days will be allowed for a response or resolution attempt.

Tie-Up Agreement with Tutors

  • Payment Policy: Subject matter experts are paid on a 30-day cycle after submission of their work. If errors are found, payment will be withheld until corrections are made.

  • Plagiarism Policy: All submitted work is checked for plagiarism. If the plagiarism exceeds 10-14%, the expert must revise the work.

  • Revision Policy: If the work does not meet the client’s requirements, the expert must revise it accordingly.

  • Confidentiality: Experts must maintain the confidentiality of both company and client information.

  • Deliverables: Experts must deliver work in accordance with client requirements, or payments will be withheld until corrected.

  • End Client Requirement: The client’s needs are paramount, and experts are expected to follow the assignment instructions exactly. Any queries from experts will be resolved promptly while maintaining high-quality standards.
