Return/Cancellation Policy

  • If you’re not satisfied with our services, we offer a full refund upon receiving valid evidence of incorrect guidance. You must provide this proof within 15 days of receiving assistance.

  • In the event of a cancellation, you may submit a new query of equal value. However, if work has already begun on your current query, refunds will not be applicable.

  • Cancellation may also result in the issuance of reward points.

Refund Policy

  • TechDexing is not responsible for any bank transfer fees, transfer discrepancies, payment gateway charges, or delays caused by bank service issues.

  • For eligible cancellations or returns, refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Currency conversion fees will be borne by the client.

  • Refunds are not available if multiple revisions have already been provided.

Shipping (Deadline) Policy

  • The solution, notes, analysis, or project assistance will be delivered within the agreed deadline.

  • The minimum delivery time is 12 hours, with additional options of 15 hours, 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, or 4 days, depending on the client’s initial selection.

  • The deadline may be extended with mutual agreement between the client and TechDexing.

Revision Policy

  • For revisions, experts require a minimum of 12 hours based on availability, though they will make every effort to meet your satisfaction. We advise clients to set realistic timelines for tutors.

  • A maximum of three free revisions is allowed. Additional revisions will incur extra charges. Our experts strive to resolve queries within 1-2 revisions.
